- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★For SEVERAL years (post divorce) I tried to always do what was in the best interest of my kids. I over paid child support, paid a vast majority of extra curricular activities, attended EVERY event my kids participated in and agreed to more over night stays than the original 50/50 custody (way more). And somehow it wasn't enough to live without the drama. After the "camel's back broke", I began the search for a trusted attorney. It was very difficult to even come to this decision because I was burned by the last one. After much anguish, I met Evan. He didn't try to sell me a bag of "goods" or offer guarantees. He simply listened! He advised me of what he believed and of what my options were. I felt NO pressure whatsoever. I knew immediately that I was potentially hiring a good attorney and person! A few months later I can honestly say that Evan is great at both. The results of his expertise and hard work has given me a whole new situation to work with. I'm much less stressed and the recipient of child support (a 180). His staff has also been very warm and welcoming to work with. Their professionalism is bar none.
