- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff here has no customer service skills and couldn't get any of it jumped up and said here I am! What really set me off is that the rep that was so called was helping me started talking about me to the person behind me and laugh and chuckle. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wouldn't say this is the worst place on Earth for the simple fact that war-torn regions like Syria and Libya exist, but this is easily the worst place in Florida, and possibly in all of North America. If you do decide to subject yourself to the mental and emotional torture that is trying to do business here, prepare yourself for at least a two hour wait. I'm writing this review not out of the belief that a poor review will galvanize the laziest, most unprofessional employees in the hemisphere to actually attempt to do their jobs. I'm writing this review to perhaps save more poor souls from the temporary hell that is this office and also to provide myself with a bit of a catharsis. Do not come here. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst place to get a tag or title! The representative told me I was pissing her off! I would not give into her disgusting behavior so I kept quiet. Her supervisor witness this and didn't even speak up instead they argued in front on me as well as other customers. They bullied each other. Something that could if taken maybe 30 minutes (because I only had 4 people in front of me) took 3 hours. They move like turtles and are arrogant!
