- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Loved my experience today by the lady in charge of doing passports. I can't remember her name but it was one of the best post office experience I've ever had. I consider this to now be my post office of choice. Even though I live in Weston I have had terrabel experiences the last few times I ued their services. Coustomer service is key to a businesses success & I have no problem going a little out of my way to have good coustomer service. My mom accidently left her purse behind & as soon as we realized & started heading back I was going to call & the lady in charge of passports actually gave me a call first to let me know.By Tara Lindsey, August 29, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My mail carrier is a B .. she had a package for me today , she pulled up in front of my house and took a pkg to my neighbor across the street but didn't give me my pkg . I said do you have a pkg for me she said give me a min . She proceeds to go do the mail . And DID NOT give me my pkg .. and left .. I had to go out in the rain with my bad knees and check the box .. she shoved it in the box instead of giving it to me !!!! Also she did not log that it was delivered so now amazon is sending me emails telling me my pkg will be delayed ! I GOT THE FRIGGIN PKG!!! MORONSBy Joyce Kircher, June 15, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Today I visited for my child passport. I arrived few minutes early to post office. I met a lady "PAM" she noticed that I don't have birth certificate for my child. She helped me the list office and suggested me the nearest location. I went to Pembrokes line statistics office and got the birth certificate. I came back to passport office, luckily there are no one as per scheduled. She helped us to apply the passport. Thank you so much PAM. Thanks!By santhi swarup, March 21, 2017
