    My husband and I contacted Attorney Michael Shane's office regarding an urgent immigration question and we were able to get an appointment within 24 business hours. On the day of our appointment, everyone at the office was courteous and professional. We were shown into Mr. Shane's office promptly and he answered all of our questions clearly and concisely and went out of his way to assist us in the resolution we needed. I called back a couple of times to ask follow up questions that came up after we left the office and Mr. Shane called me back himself and was extremely prompt in getting me the information I requested. Mr. Shane went above and beyond for us and his genuine care was visible during the process. I would highly recommend Michael Shane to anyone needing a knowledgeable, efficient and caring lawyer to assist with their immigration process.
