- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The ticket clinic is an amazing service! I have dealt with a total of 4 cases through them succesfully. The only complaint I have about the ticket clinic is this - they do not inform you that you will have to pay court costs for your case, in addition to the retainer fee that the ticket clinic will charge. While the service DEFINITELY WORKS (for my past cases), it was a bit more costly then expected. The retainer fee paid to ticket clinic was $75, however, I also had to pay (to the court) a fee of $215 for court costs. I will still continue to use the ticket clinic, just keep in mind that you will have court fees associated with your case (in my experience). All in all, the ticket clinic did meet their expectation of No points, No record on my license and has been nothing but professional, I simply reccomened they make an effort to explain court costs associated with each case.By Dylan Moran, April 18, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They assured that they would provide me quality service. They didn't not. So I must pay their mistake. Last week they were extremely difficult and incompetent. I lost my cool. So I decided to address it this week. I have not been corrected. But they don't seem to care. I have suffered a aneurysm so i need some assistance to fix these issues professionally.
