- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆It took six months to get a $200 refund for an item clearly damaged during shipping. I was blamed for providing an inadequate cardboard box (that worked fine when I received the item via FedEx). The local store argued that their employee had nothing to do with the repacking of the box with additional items. That was not a true statement on their part which held up my claim. Nicole was very helpful in getting me the refund. She worked with me step by step. I am appreciative of her assistance. I am very unhappy with UPS (corporate) and their handling of my claim. Despite pictures of the crushed box and the damaged item, they continued to deny my claim. Thank you Nicole for not giving up.By Thomas Bird, May 17, 2017
